Q. Dr. Van Wagenen, what is your background?
In 1994 after successful completion of chiropractic college I began my practice in Austin Texas for 13 years. In 2007 I moved to Roseville, California to be closer to family.
During my practice of 17 years I have gone to many seminars in the hopes of staying current on the latest techniques to help people.
When I was first in practice I studied with Dr. John Bandy who lives in Austin Texas. He is the primary doctor who introduced me to Applied Kinesiology. He has been in practice for 30 years and treats the University of Texas womens athletes (who cut their injury time down by 40% using Kinesiology). I have been a patient of his and learned from first hand experience how to treat manage and fix patients. Whenever I am in Austin (twice a year) I get treated by him.
Q. So what makes your approach so unique?
A. The use of Applied Kinesiology is what makes our approach different from most chiropractic practices.
